This disclaimer explains how Global Green Xchange AG (GGX) access data and for which purpose you are able to obtain it.

All data is provided with the support of a contractually mandated data provider in good faith and to the best of Global Green Xchange’s (GGX) knowledge, GGX does not commit to it being updated frequently. Neither GGX nor any of its employees or executives makes any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, or assumes any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided (either isolated or in the aggregate), or represents that its use would not infringe privately owned rights.

All data provided on GGX websites and GGX applications is provided for informational purposes only.

While every effort is made to ensure the data quality, the data is provided “as is”. The burden of fitness of the data lies completely with the user. The accuracy of any user’s statistical analysis and any reported findings are not the responsibility of GGX. Nothing arising from the data should be taken to constitute GGX’s professional advice or a formal recommendation. GGX is not responsible for data management and its origination, which is solely done by the contractually mandated (external) data provider.

Despite strongest security measures, GGX does not warrant that the files, the servers and the databases used for data storage, extraction, management and transmission are free of errors, viruses or bugs, and the recipient accepts that it is the recipient’s responsibility to make adequate provision for protection against such threats.

In order to use any of GGX web-tools, such as the GGX Finder, extracted data sets provided, any user shall refrain from distributing or selling the data sets to any other individual, institution, or organization.

In no event shall GGX be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, those resulting from loss of profit, loss of contracts, goodwill, or business relationships, arising out of or in connection with the use of the data.

Some of the data may be protected by copyright law and may be copyright of GGX. In this case, the recipient of data covered by intellectual property rights is not permitted to reproduce, change, remove, pass on, distribute or disseminate the data or make it available to third parties without the express written permission of GGX. Any property rights or intellectual property rights are in no way transferable to persons or legal persons recipient of the data.
