The customer assures Global Green Xchange AG that he will provide all data required for the order or use it truthfully and completely and to inform Global Green Xchange AG of any changes. Regarding data protection, the statutory provisions apply to the Data Protection Act. The customer expressly agrees that all data provided by him for the fulfillment of the contract may be stored and used in this respect.
Our servers (Hosttech & Exoscale) store the IP address, date and time of a visit to a website in the so-called log files. We do not use this data for profiling or for storing personal data.

SendGrid
We use the services of SendGrid to send certain emails. The provider is SendGrid, Inc., 1801 California Street, Suite 500, Denver, CO 80202, USA.
SendGrid is a service with which, among other things, the sending of e-mails can be organized and analyzed. If you provide data such as an email address, this will be stored on SendGrid’s servers in the USA.
SendGrid has a certification according to the “EU-US Privacy Shield”. The “Privacy-Shield” is an agreement between the European Union (EU) and the USA, which is intended to ensure compliance with European data protection standards in the USA.
With the help of SendGrid, we can analyze the sending of emails. This makes it possible to determine whether a message has been opened and which links, if any, have been clicked on. In addition, technical information is recorded (e.g., time of retrieval, IP address, browser type, and operating system). This information is used exclusively for the statistical analysis of messages. The results of these analyses can be used to better identify delivery problems.
The data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 paras. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.

MailChimp
The newsletter is sent using “MailChimp”, a newsletter sending platform of the US provider Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE #5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA.
The email addresses of our newsletter recipients, as well as their other data described in this notice, are stored on MailChimp’s servers in the USA. MailChimp uses this information to send and evaluate the newsletter on our behalf. Furthermore, according to its own information, MailChimp may use this data to optimize or improve its own services, e.g., for the technical optimization of the dispatch and the presentation of the newsletters or for economic purposes to determine from which countries the recipients come. However, MailChimp does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them themselves or to pass it on to third parties.
We trust in the reliability and IT and data security of MailChimp. MailChimp is certified under the US-EU data protection agreement “Privacy Shield” and thus undertakes to comply with the EU data protection regulations. Furthermore, we have concluded a “Data Processing Agreement” with MailChimp. This is a contract in which MailChimp undertakes to protect the data of our users, to process it on our behalf in accordance with its data protection provisions, and not to pass it on to third parties. Registration for our newsletter takes place in a so-called double opt-in process.
The registrations for the newsletter are logged to be able to prove the registration process in accordance with the legal requirements. This includes the storage of the registration and confirmation time as well as the IP address. Changes to your data stored with MailChimp are also logged.
Password protected area
Global Green Xchange AG is entitled to block access to the password-protected areas if Global Green Xchange AG has indications that the user is abusing the application possibilities of this area. The customer is obliged to treat his passwords, which enable his access to the password-protected area, confidentially. Passing on the passwords to third parties is prohibited.
